ROMA – Resource AuctiOning Engine for the Mobile Digital MArket – is a FET Innovation Launchpad project aiming at materialize theories of strategic interactions, developed in the FET CONGAS project, and at performing the engineering of a new technology for billing and pricing of mobile network infrastructures under competitive sharing of storage, computation power and services.

FBK CREATE-NET leverages its Fog Computing platform (Foggy) in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical algorithms.

FBK CREATE-NET is the coordinator and only partner of this project.
