ABOUT FBK CREATE-NET
FBK CREATE-NET (Center of REsearch And Telecommunication Experimentations for NETworked communities) is an international research center recognized as one of Europe’s leading institutions in Internet tecnologies and telecommunications. The Center was established in 2003 as a non-profit association with the support of the Autonomous Province of Trento. CREATE-NET association was merged with Bruno Kessler Foundation at the end of 2016 and it is now the third largest research center within FBK.
CREATE-NET’s unique research expertise is on 5G (and beyond) networks, fog/edge computing, Internet of Things platforms and on communication & network security. The Center aims at prototyping and developing the Next Generation Internet, a highly-reactive, programmable, robust digital infrastructure capable to accelerate the development of breakthrough innovative services in several application domains.
