Best Student Paper Award and other CREATE-NET successes at IEEE NetSoft2019

Congratulations to Davit Harutyunyan, freshly graduated PhD Student at WiN Unit, who got the Best Student Paper Award for the paper ” Latency-aware service function  chain placement in 5G mobile networks”, at prestigious IEEE NetSoft Conference (Paris 24-28 June 2019). The paper is  co-authored by Nashid Shariar , Raouf Boutaba and Roberto Riggio.
